How do I publish and share a survey?

Publishing a survey generates a public code (SUR-…) that maps to both a styled QR code and a public link. Download the QR as PNG or SVG for posters and signage, or copy the public link to share by email, SMS, or messaging — respondents need no account.

What is the difference between the QR code and the public link?

Both open the same survey at /s/<code>. The QR code is ideal for on-site, printed placements; the public link is ideal for remote distribution. Referrer tagging lets you tell QR scans, link opens, and shares apart in analytics.

Can I control when a survey is open?

Yes. Each survey is published, scheduled, or closed independently. When a survey is not live, respondents see a clear "not published or temporarily closed" message instead of the form.

How do I track where responses come from?

Every entry is attributed to a channel — QR scan, link, or share — via the referrer tag in the URL. Visitor & QR analytics break responses down by channel, device, language, and time so you can see what drives completion.

Can I collect consent during distribution?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add a consent question and the KVKK/GDPR agreement is recorded with each response. Contact capture is optional, and consent is required before any contact details are collected.
