The difference between plans is scale (surveys, categories, team members) and capabilities (AI, multimedia, advanced analytics).

Can I organize surveys into groups?

Yes. Surveys are organized into admin-only categories. Each survey is published independently with its own QR code and public link, and can be activated, scheduled, or closed on its own.

Can respondents attach files to their answers?

On Professional and Enterprise plans, respondents can attach photos, a voice recording, and a video to supported questions. AI transcription surfaces audio and video as readable text in the admin panel. Multimedia attachments are plan-gated and not available on Starter.

Is mobile support included?

Respondent forms are mobile-first, responsive, and work on any device — iOS, Android, tablets, and desktops. No app installation required; respondents scan a QR code with their phone camera or open a public link.

Can I export data from ENA Survey?

CSV/Excel export of survey results is available. Advanced export — multi-sheet workbooks with matrix fulfillment breakdowns and per-question columns — requires Professional or Enterprise.
