What does "per-cycle quota" mean for SMS, email, and AI tokens?

Your billing cycle is monthly, anchored to your subscription start date, and resets on the same day each month. The SMS credits, email notifications, and AI tokens included in your plan are consumed within that window and refresh automatically at the start of each new cycle. Unused quota does not roll over. If you need additional capacity within a cycle, SMS add-on packs are available on all plans. Enterprise plans also enable overage billing for AI tokens so your team is never blocked mid-cycle.
