Core Concepts

The building blocks of ENA Survey: surveys, sections, questions, and responses.

Surveys and sections

A survey is organized into sections, each containing ordered questions. Sections support page logic and required fields, mirroring how enterprise research instruments are designed.

Question types

ENA Survey supports Likert scales, matrix grids, single- and multi-choice, NPS, rating, and open text — configurable per question.

Distribution

Each survey publishes to a QR code and a public link. Responses can be collected on-site or remotely, with KVKK/GDPR consent.

AI insights

Open-text and scaled responses are summarized and translated on demand with Google Gemini, within your token budget.

Multi-tenancy

Each organization is isolated with PostgreSQL row-level security and OIDC identity, so data never leaks across tenants.
