How it works
Three layers of multilingual support.
Auto-detect visitor language
The visitor UI negotiates locale from the browser's Accept-Language header. Visitors can also switch language manually from the form. A separate cookie remembers their preference.
AI message translation
When an admin reads a response in a different language, ENA Survey AI (Google Gemini) translates it on demand. Batch translation is also available for existing records.
AI voice transcription
Visitors can record voice messages. The AI transcription engine converts the audio to text in the source language and displays it in the admin panel — no manual listening required.

All 72 locale packs ship with the platform and require no configuration. Adding a new location QR immediately serves the form in the visitor's detected language.
5 RTL scripts supported
Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, Uyghur, and Urdu are rendered right-to-left. Form layout, text direction, and spacing adapt automatically.
