Auto-detect visitor language

The visitor UI negotiates locale from the browser's Accept-Language header. Visitors can also switch language manually from the form. A separate cookie remembers their preference.

AI message translation

When an admin reads a response in a different language, ENA Survey AI (Google Gemini) translates it on demand. Batch translation is also available for existing records.

AI voice transcription

Visitors can record voice messages. The AI transcription engine converts the audio to text in the source language and displays it in the admin panel — no manual listening required.
