What question types can I add?

Eight types: Likert scale, single choice, multiple choice, short text, long text, matrix rating, section header, and consent. Likert scales can be displayed as emoji, stars, numbers, or a slider, and matrix questions support table, stacked, or auto layouts.

Can I start from a template?

Yes. ENA Survey ships with 13 ready-made system templates — patient-experience and employee-feedback surveys aligned with Turkish Ministry of Health (SKS) standards. Clone any template into an editable copy, or build your own from scratch and reuse it.

Can I preview a survey before publishing?

Yes. The builder includes a live preview that renders the survey exactly as respondents will see it — in any of the 72 supported languages — so you can check wording, scales, and layout before you publish.

Can I organize surveys?

Yes. Surveys are grouped into admin-only categories. Each survey is published independently with its own QR code and public link, and can be activated, scheduled, or closed on its own.

Can I make questions required or split a survey into sections?

Yes. Mark any question as required, group related questions with section headers, and arrange them into logical sections. Required fields are enforced before a respondent can complete the survey.
